Counseling and groups: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1pm through 7pm.

50 minute counseling session.

$100.00-$150.00 sliding scale.

2 hour group.

$40.00-$60.00 sliding scale.

6-10 participants in groups.

​

Support: General support for individuals including managing stress, depression, loneliness and anxiety.

Becoming Closer: Group exploration of challenges we face internally and externally as we become more deeply connected to each other.

​

Men's: A circle of men exploring ways to open and evolve as we support each other to step in more deeply.

​

Plant Medicine Integration: Group inquiry into what one can expect when using medicine to gain wisdom and insight. How we can integrate our experience and support ongoing change.

(No medicine will be used or available in this circle).

Teens: A group for those aged 13-19. Exploring expression, power, boundaries and choices in a circle.

​

Non-dual/Oneness: Exploring non-dual spirituality and metaphysics as we support each other on our journey.
